Proof of income

Identification and rental history

A government-issued ID and the contact details of your previous landlords go a long way. A quick, positive reference from a past landlord is one of the strongest things an application can carry.

Be ready to move quickly and honestly

Fill out the application completely the first time — blank fields slow everything down. And be upfront about anything unusual in your history; a straightforward explanation is far better than a gap a screener has to chase.
